Meet Josh Freid
Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Josh Freid has traveled the world and worked in restaurants all over the country for the last 35 years. Starting at Bob Evans as a busser at the age of 16, he fell in love with the industry and at 18, moved overseas to learn under a classically trained chef in Israel. There, he developed the skills and passion he would later use to work in some of the finest restaurants in San Francisco, New Orleans, Vero Beach, and Cincinnati.
When not at the restaurant, you can find Josh exploring the outdoors with his friends and family, training for his upcoming climbing expedition, or riding his motorcycles. He believes in living life completely and enjoying the ride along the way. He’s proud to do just that with his partner and 2 children at his side.
